How we manage projects
We are currently involved in a number of customer and grant funded projects aimed at applying our technology to different areas of the process industries. All of our core team are PRINCE2 project management certified and have a wealth of experience in delivering successful project outcomes. In all our projects we seek to define success as a measurable improvement to the process we are operating in helping to deliver real world benefits to industry.
