Douglas is a very experienced Director with a sustained record of achievement in many aspects of the food industry from primary production to the development of advanced functional foods for use in the nutracuitical market. Douglas is particularly expert in commercially developing new technologies to bring real practical and economic benefits to systems and processes involved in production of food and nutritional products. He is an expert in solid substrate fermentation and has a particular interest in food production systems that naturally enhance and maintain the inherent functional components of food.
Douglas founded AMT with Yuriy Zadyraka in 2007.
